Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is one of my Dad’s all time favorite foods. It’s a dump and go recipe, super easy, great for a light lunch or for a crowd of people. I hope you give it a try! .





Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese

2/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup mayo

2 cloves garlic

14 oz marinade artichoke hearts/bottomA

10 oz. frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry

1 cup mozzarella

1/2 cup Parmesan

1/2 cup gruyere cheese

Additionally 1/2 cup mozzarella for the top



Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

Chop the artichoke hearts and the garlic. Place in bowl with the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, Parm, mozz and gruyere. Mix with a hand mixer.

Place in a baking dish (9x9 works well). Top with extra mozzarella. Bake for 25-35 mins, until cheese is melty, bubbly and starting to brown. Enjoy with tortilla chips, pita chips or toasted baguettes!
