Green Goddess Dressing

This recipe is per avocado. If you are 1-2 people, use 1-3 avocados! This way, you can be flexible based on how much you want to make. All the herbs are negotiable, put whichever you like and leave anything out! You have to enjoy it, so feel free to play around with the spices and herbs. This is amazing on salad, for wraps or as a dip. 🥑

Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 Tbsp fresh chives
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
2 Tbsp fresh basil
2 Tbsp fresh dill
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 Shallot
1 tsp Mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp tarragon
Pinch of cayenne
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients other than the olive oil in a blender or food processor. Make sure it is all incorporated. Then, drizzle in the olive oil slowly, while blending. The dressing should be fluffy and smooth, so continue blending if need be.
