I love sunny side up eggs but if you want to impress people or just want to try something new to get that runny yolk satisfaction, this is a great new way to make your eggs!

Ingredients:

However many eggs you want to make ( I did 2 per person)

Pinch of salt

1 tsp Pepper

Any herb you like, dry or fresh

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Place the yolks in individual, greased cups or bowls. If you skip that step, you’ll be sorry like me and waste double the amount of eggs.

Put the pinch of salt into the whites. Whisk on medium-low speed for 4-6 minutes, until the eggs are stiff and fluffy. Put about 1 tsp of pepper and desired amount of herbs in the whites. VERY CAREFULLY fold in the spices to the whites, DO NOT MIX FAST OR IT WILL NOT WORK.

Spoon the whites into a baking tray or cookie sheet. Use a spoon to create a small well into the whites, which will later be used for the yolks.

Place in the oven for 5-6 minutes, until the whites are set and a little golden brown on top. Take out of the oven and place the yolks in the well. Put back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the yolk is set but still runny!

Top with salt and pepper, serve with fun veggies or on a slice of bread or even in a salad. Enjoy!
