We love a quick dinner. I mean who doesn’t? I started and finished cooking this dinner in under 30 minutes, which is pretty impressive considering it is a protein and a dip. This is spicy and savory and crispy, but the sauce compliments all of that so beautifully. If you like fish, you should give this one a shot!

.

Ingredients:

Flounder (or your favorite fish)

2 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp onion power

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp chopped dill

2 cloves crushed garlic

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

.

Directions:

In a plate, mix together your spices. Pat your fish dry with paper towels and coat in the spices. Shake off any excess.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add your fish. Sear until cooked through and you get a nice crust, about 3 minutes per side for thin flounder. Remove from the pan.

For the sauce:

Mix together the yogurt, dill, garlic, Dijon, lemon juice and salt&pepper. Serve on the side of the fish.

Serve fish with fresh lemon and enjoy this quick and easy dinner!
